I am the founder of Babes & Beyond and I am a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant.  I have been where you are and I can tell you that there is a light at the end of the tunnel!!! I personally struggled for over 2 1/2 years to get my youngest to sleep and my world was turned upside down.  I knew I could not be the only one struggling with sleep issues so I made it my mission to learn everything I could about infant and children's sleep. 

 

This led me on my path to become a Certified Family Sleep Institute Pediatric Sleep Consultant, a Wonder Weeks Academy Graduate,  a Certified "Happiest Baby on the Block" instructor and a CAPPA Certified Childbirth Educator.  I am now the Director of Mentorship with the Family Sleep Institute, a proud member of Baby’s Breath Canada, the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants and the National Sleep Foundation.  My Psychology degree in Child Development and an Executive Director’s certification from Health Care Canada has helped tremendously in working with families.

 

I love sharing my passion for sleep with everyone I meet! I have shared my knowledge and passion on Treehouse Medical, Daytime Ottawa, CTV news, The Carole Anne Meehan Show and CBC Radio.
